DTS Transport has leased warehouses in Poznań and Szczecin, more than doubling its warehouse footprint. The tenant was represented during negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
DTS Transport, a TFL company providing integrated transport and assembly services, and contract logistics, has been present on the Polish market for 20 years. It operates three logistical hubs: in Warsaw, Sosnowiec, and Łódź, and a chain of warehouses in Poznań, Szczecin, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Krakow, Katowice, Wrocław, Lublin, Białystok, and Bydgoszcz.
Thanks to its strong warehouse network, DTS Transport offers a full spectrum of services ranging from short- and long-term storage and co-packing to distribution. Its new 3,300 sqm warehouse in Greater Poland is located in Panattoni Park Poznań V, while the Szczecin facility, measuring 1,600 sqm, is in Panattoni Park Szczecin I.
“To accommodate its rapid business growth in Greater Poland and Western Pomerania, DTS Transport decided to considerably expand its warehouse footprint in both regions. We searched for prime facilities with a large number of loading docks and within a 10 km radius from the company’s previous locations,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
