According to “Occupier Insight 2019”, a report prepared by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland, warehouse and industrial supply hit a record high of nearly 2.8 million sqm, almost three times the ten-year average. The strongest demand for warehouse space came from the logistics sector, demonstrating that Poland plays an increasingly important role in supply chains across Europe by connecting the East and West.
