Langowski Logistics, a specialist provider of containerized cargo transport services, has expanded its office and warehouse footprint. Under its new lease it has taken close to 5,400 sqm of warehouse and office space from Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdynia SA. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Langowski Logistics has operated in the transport, forwarding and logistics (TFL) sector for over 16 years. During this time it has partnered with exporters and importers from across the globe and established business relationships with a network of over 1,500 agents on all the continents. Following the continued expansion of its portfolio of services, Langowski Logistics now delivers sea and rail transport services, including full container loads (FCL) and less than container loads (LCL). The firm continues to develop its warehouse base to offer comprehensive services, including storage of goods with non-standard dimensions. It currently has warehouses in Gdynia, Gdansk, Warsaw and Lodz.
“Our objective is to ensure comprehensive assistance for our clients throughout the freight forwarding process. In addition to providing sea, rail, air and road transport and customs clearance, we also offer storage, handling and distribution services in our own warehouses. This makes us independent and able to improve transportation, with both our clients and us having full control over the cargo,” says Tomasz Langowski, Vice-President of Langowski Logistics.
The tenant’s new warehouse is conveniently situated in the Port of Gdynia, close to the Baltic Container Terminal (BCT) and Gdynia Container Terminal (GCT). It will soon be equipped with professional handling machinery for both efficient storing and handling of goods.
