A medical device manufacturer has leased over 4,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tricity North. The tenant, whose name remains undisclosed, was represented during the transaction process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Panattoni Park Tricity North is Panattoni’s fifth warehouse park in Tricity, but the first one in the vicinity of the Port of Gdynia and the Baltic Container Terminal. It consists of a single class A warehouse facility with a total area of close to 45,000 sqm. The park provides multiple loading docks, grade level doors and large truck courts.
