The Polish branch of Fresenius Medical Care, a provider of products and services for people with chronic renal diseases, has extended its lease for warehouse space in Prologis Park Poznań II. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa. Fresenius Medical Care Polska currently occupies around 4,000 sqm in the park.

It operates 44 production sites on all continents to provide dialysis products, dialyzers and related disposables. Fresenius Medical Care also runs a global network of more than 4,000 dialysis clinics providing care for close to 347,000 patients. Following the renegotiation of the lease, the tenant will continue to occupy warehouse space in Prologis Park Poznań II.
Prologis Park Poznań II is located just 15 km from the centre of Poznań, the capital of the Greater Poland region. It has a total area of 120,000 sqm of leasable space and offers logistics, warehouse and office space built to a high standard.
