Europapier Polska has relocated its head office to a modern office building West Station, next to Warsaw West station. The tenant was represented throughout the market analysis and tendering process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Europapier Polska, a subsidiary of Heinzel Group, the world’s giant in paper and packaging, is a leading distributor of printing and office paper, cardboard, advertising materials, paper and hygiene products for businesses. The decision to lease a new office was made by the Board of Directors as part of the firm’s consistent strategy for long-term growth and setting industry standards.

The West Station office buildings are located in Jerozolimskie Avenue, just off Warsaw West station. They are easily accessible by train, and by public and private transport. West Station I and II offer a total of more than 60,000 sqm of office space.
