Distribev, a distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, has decided to extend its lease for 1,030 sqm of office space in ISOC-owned Silesia Business Park in Katowice. The tenant was represented during the process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Distribev has a product portfolio comprising around 500 brands of alcoholic beverages, food and non-food products, catering to retailers and HoReCa clients and acting as a distributor for suppliers and producers. It operates a strong network of branches across the country to ensure swift deliveries. Distribev’s success is underpinned by a total of over 260 sales representatives and client advisors. It already has an over 35,000-strong client base.
The Silesia Business Park is a complex of four buildings located in the immediate neighbourhood of the Silesia City Center, the largest shopping centre in Silesia. It boasts a unique location and construction technologies. The complex is situated on Chorzowska Street, close to Katowice’s main artery. It is within an approximately 30-50 minute drive from Katowice and Krakow International Airports. Tenants enjoy comfortable conditions as all the buildings have been LEED Gold certified.
